## Michi-no-Eki Overnight Database (station-by-station rules)

The only English/French/German/Chinese database of overnight parking rules at Japanese Michi-no-Eki roadside stations, verified against primary sources with dates. Key facts:

- National rule (MLIT): resting/napping in your vehicle at a Michi-no-Eki is accepted; using the parking lot as accommodation is not. Individual stations can post their own explicit bans.
- Statuses tracked per station: free-lot overnight explicitly prohibited / no explicit ban found (national default applies) — plus whether an official paid RV park is on site (always welcome, bookable).
- Important nuance most guides miss: some stations prohibit overnight in the FREE lot but have an official RV park where paid overnight stay is explicitly welcome (e.g. Michi-no-Eki Munakata ¥4,158/night, Michi-no-Eki Wellness Arao ¥3,500/night).
